Since its establishment, SSM Polska employs several people in Poland and, if necessary, uses support from Germany and from reliable subcontractors.
At SSM Polska, the team size varies at every stage of project implementation. Usually, it is about two/three people per a given sector of the project:

• a project manager, supervising the course of project’s works, one person for all stages of the contract,
• a designer who already at the initial stage begins inter-branch cooperation in terms of consultation with the project manager indicated by the contracting authority,
• a draftsman, whose task is to design the optimal route based on a sketch from the designer.
